Production process
Firstly, we need to cut the wood, and then put nail on the wood to make the wooden frame. At the same time, we cut and sew the fabric or leather, preparing for the upholstery. Then we will display all the seating and check the quality and small details one by one, testing the function on e by one and then clean all the seating if necessary. Until then we can pack with PE in the middle and 7 layer carton boxes outer.

Q1:Can we make adjustable headrest for this chair?
No. We have other models which is with adjustable headrest. We can show you. Plz contact us at seatsfurniture@gmail.com
Q2:Can we customized the carton box with customize marks?
Yes. But quantity should be 20GP container or more
Q3:Can we make logo on the seating?
Sure. Logo, company name and number can be shown on the seating. Usually shown on the backrest.
They are 2 ways. You can choose printing or embroidery. Embroidery is suggested.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
very small quantity is acceptable if shipping terms no problem. 20GP container or 40HQ container would be fine if possible. Different style has different MOQ.
Q5: My room is small. Is it fit my room?
Plz offer us your room size, then we will see if the chair you like fit or not. We will make a CAD layout picture for you. Then you can see it is fit or not, and know how many seats you can display in the room. If not fit, we will recommend other seats that satisfy you.

About the recline mechanism
The mechanism of the VIP cinema sofa has been through the SGS test. The recliner back wight is 34.3kgs(75.6lbs), seat weight is 108kgs(238lbs) and footrest is 16.5kgs(36.4lbs).
